Drop arm barrier turnstile JDYZZ-3 is an aesthetic pleasing access control turnstile with a compact footprint to allow it to be used with limited floor space, using optical sensors to monitor the passages, retracting the physical barrier into the cabinet upon valid verification, then lifting it back into position after passage. When a pedestrian activates the access control system the arm drops, and the unauthorized person attempts to tailgate on a valid entry, or entry without authorization will be recognized and trigger a sound alarm. In addition, both standard and handicapped passage widths are available with the same cabinet dimensions.
The drop arm security turnstile JDYZZ-3 comes with a drop-arm mechanism that can be triggered in case of fire or other emergency eventuality, due to which the physical barrier will collapse and let the passage open in both directions providing an escape route to the staff.

FAQ
How does a drop arm barrier turnstile work?
One passage-barring arm on a drop-arm turnstile fully descends into cabinet recessed openings upon opening and is raised back into position to block the path upon shutting. A warning will sound if more than one person tries to pass at once or approaches from the wrong direction. It is fitted with a variety of sensors that offer a relatively effective deterrent against multiple entrances. Such access turnstiles typically integrate different access control systems to create customized turnstile management systems. When pedestrians pass through the turnstile within the allotted time, the turnstile will automatically close and release the passage for free access. It will automatically open the passageway for the free access in an emergency or power outage.
